Hello,

II am here to introduce the new Woodfordia intuitive. So get this. The Sisterhood of the travelling plants….

Yeah we know, it sounds a lot like that drama movie and book series about a pair of pants that connected 4 friends together through their strangely tragic summer holidays.

But this is different.

We, at the sisterhood, don’t believe that pairs of jeans can connect people, but that the one thing that you can find anywhere in the world, is the key. Plants.

So we put this new idea forward to our bosses, the plants. When it came time to seek a volunteer for this journey, we couldn’t find one, we found past 200!!!!

It was a great boost to the ego, and after tiring auditions we couldn’t choose one over the other. So the plan is to gather more people into the Sisterhood to take care of this flux in plants.

This is where you come in. Basically we need some brave ladies and gentleman to join the sisterhood to take care of our plant volunteers.

The catch is that all of these plants have previous contracts with the Festival as performers. Dazzling people from their vantage point on the stage. They work tirelessly at the Festival so its no wonder they’re in for a carer to do their ‘dirt’y work.

So, according to their agents, these plants must come back to festival to continue their journey to stardom but we need willing people to care for them in between.

So if you’re interested in getting your own little, green star and joining the Sisterhood, please see us afterwards for a quick brief on where to meet your new comrade and on the details of its contracts with the festival, and your own to the sisterhood.

If you’re still unsure? We have taught some of the older plants to type, so feel free to find their accounts of the Sisterhood on their website under travellingplants.net …. And once the new sisterhood members teach their plants to type there will be pictures and music training videos and treeblogging, so check it out.

If you’re not interested, keep an eye out for the stage plants, their feeling a little underappreciated… for some reason they feel that people are thinking that Woodford Folk Festival is around for people to see human performers instead of human performers being back ups for the plants leafing about the stage.

Enjoy the Planting and see you round!!!!
